As SNKRS Producer, you will be a key member of the SNKRS team, focused on telling engaging sneaker stories and powering one of the most important growth drivers and consumer experiences for Nike Direct in Japan understanding business needs and operation process. As we evolve how we launch our most coveted products across the marketplace, further positioning SNKRS as ‘Your Ultimate Sneaker Source,’ we need an experienced team player dedicated to digital and strategic excellence.

PARTNERSHIP:
Partner with global SNKRS brand team to create detailed ROS and execute best in class consumer journey to Sneaker obsessed & Visionary mindset consumers
Partner with NY studio to test and to power new capabilities in Japan and share feedback to them to grow sneaker culture in Japan
Collaborate with NBHD team to create cross-digital/physical activation
Responsibilities:
·Create detailed ROS for special launches and activations collaborating with multiple stakeholders like category brand team, NBHD team as well as Experience Operation team.

·Subject matter expert of the SNKRS platform and deep knowledge of the digital capabilities, understanding how to maximize the channel to elevate the consumer experience.
·Understand both business needs and marketing needs and come up with effective and scalable solution

·Analyze consumer behavior on SNKRS and reflect to future consumer journey plan
·Provide weekly and seasonal recaps on what worked, didn't work and next steps from an analytics perspective as part of the seasonal hind sighting process
·Operationalize new SNKRS new guidelines, capabilities and best practices that can be shared globally to drive efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness.

  • Passionate about sport and sneaker culture 
  • Strong analytical background and business skills
  • Experience of consolidating and analyzing data from multiple sources. 
  • Strong focus on results and ability to take effective decision.  
  • Ability and desire to work at both the strategic and tactical levels.
  • Cross-functional project management skills, self-starter and accustomed to leading projects with little supervision
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills In both English and Japanese, including meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to senior managers.
