PURPOSE & OVERALL RELEVANCE FOR THE ORGANIZATION:

Purpose and overall relevance to the organization
To provide insights and fact-based recommendations that support the sustainable growth of our key city strategic metrics To deep dive into market share and net promoter score trends, using tools available now and in the future to determine consumer persona’s and journey that drive both in a positive direction To support key city activation plans by providing respective analysis for optimal return on investment which best fits our strategies in the most focused way possible To support planning alignment between channels and brand teams

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Review Market Share and in particular Net Promoter Score data for Tokyo on a monthly and 3 month rolling basis, identifying key trends where we are winning / losing relative to the competition, and recommendations on how we extend the gap or close the gap as needed To build hypotheses with the other key city team members and brand activation on the key drivers of NPS and how we are currently leveraging them and how we could optimize further in the future To identify additional data driven or analytical tools that generate consumer insights we don't already have that paint a clear, 3-dimensional picture of their consumer journey, buying preferences and behaviors To support the other key city team members to understand key net sales growth drivers by channel, trade zone and door/ store Build and track effective and efficient return on investment criteria for new or remodeled space investments to ensure these perform as per expectations and / or remedial actions put in place Capture known sales and sell out data for all retail and wholesale spaces, including competitors to update and deliver exact market share, net sales aspirations contained within trade zone attack plans Support the creation of business cases for the introduction of experience NPS in retail and the ongoing usage of Geo-fencing data in selected own, wholesale, competitor doors and activation spaces Support the upload and updating of all relevant door data, sales, space and pictorial information for existing doors contained within our Market Place Mapping tool Support the upload and regular updating of our key city app for visitors to the city which we cannot personally escort around key trade zones or points of interest Work with channel marketing teams, key city activation and brand activation to ensure the share of MWB allocated to Tokyo is sufficient to allow us to “win”, looking vertically by channel and horizontally by investment type Work in a similar fashion for the allocation of capex for city / non-city related projects, pushing to ensure we mean more by doing less outside and really have the means to concentrate our focus where it matters most Updating of key city strategic metric aspirations from now through to 2020, and prepare rolling forecast updates as required Support the creation of a digital trade zone attack plan determining digital and e-commerce sales by post / zip code and underpinning plans to activate these consumers
