WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to support Japan’s Nike Direct Digital Commerce (NDDC) business. NDDC is an integral part of our Consumer Direct Acceleration strategy and is the growth engine for the Japan marketplace. It includes our digital ecosystem of Nike.com, Nike App, SNKRS App, as well as Digital Partner Platforms.
This role is at the heart of Japan’s Digital business, informing and supporting cross-functional teams as they make decisions to drive business results and unlock the next wave of growth opportunities. To be successful in this role you will need to develop strong partnership across NDDC leadership team and be able to influence key decisions leveraging strategic and financial insights.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
You will leverage your finance acumen to drive and enable our company strategy and functional priorities. You will lead NDDC Finance activities and be responsible for managing full P&L business performance and long-term growth strategies.
Some of the key responsibilities will include driving our in-year forecast process, understanding business results and identifying risks & opportunities. You will develop financial guardrails and provide guidance to cross-functional teams to ensure business profitability and alignment with our long-term model. You will also create strategic analysis that supports new initiatives, on-going digital growth strategy, and support long-term planning process through Corporate Strategic Reviews and Annual Operating Plans.

This role will report into the Japan Business Planning Finance Director. You will directly support the NDDC & Connected Marketplaces Sr. Director and will closely partner with cross-functional teams including Nike Direct Analytics, Demand & Supply Management, Marketing, Membership and Asia-Pacific and Latin America (APLA) groups.

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE * Bachelor's degree or higher (Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field) * 6+ years of finance/strategic planning experience, preferably with Digital background * Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver presentations to senior leadership; Language requirement (e.g., Fluency in English is required. Minimum TOEIC 800+.) * Self-starter with ability to lead through ambiguity in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Strong ability to develop influential and collaborative relationships across teams * Innovative, strategic thinking with solid financial analysis skills and advanced financial modeling skills * Experience with a Fortune 500/multi-national consumer products company is a plus#LI-ST1
