職務内容
Owner of the UI/UX implementation of the brand strategy on the eBTQ through excellence in execution of the day to day operations on our sites (promotions, PDP, animation)
The driving force to implement the brand strategy on our eBTQ site to maximize sales and KPIs in respect to the brand equity in an effective manner
Be responsible for the page creation, registration, to uploading of the contents in the most efficient manner with the help of the agency
Check product and promotion master data on platform and make sure data are reflected correctly
Continuously review and improve the operation process to ensure effective and efficient operation
Work in strong collaboration with OBM, CX, and Dev team Collaborate with the CX team to improve SEO in cooperation with agency (tag, html, etc)
Execute orientation for site production by providing necessary content direction, documents and images
Review and validate if contents and catalog data are appropriate or not for Production environment
Lead UX/UI team with managing UX/UI task by oneself
Monitor the customer experience and site performance to improve purchase rate (frequency, conversion, average order size) on all devices (web, mobile...) and provide data expertise to deploy & adapt the strategy.

Partner closely with OBM, CX & indirect EC teams in country
Partner closely with Brand, Digital & CRM teams in country
