Gucci Clienteling Manager
S/He will be responsible for all Clienteling-related activities in Gucci.
Manage the implementation and operations of clienteling plans, including high-end recruitment, retention and reactivation of multiple client segments
Manage all Brand Experience & Loyalty programs (overseas and local) in partnership with Milan Headquarters and the Events Section
Responsible for leading and coaching clienteling teams in-stores, supporting them in building, managing and developing high-level relations with clients
Partners with Retail Excellence and Training department in developing activation plans meeting multiple business needs
Directly manages relations with Top-Clients
Collaborates with Retail and MD as needed to ensure maximum service level for specific clientele
