Berluti is looking for an E-Commerce Coordinator to launch the first Berluti E-Commerce store in Japan!
The E-commerce coordinator will lead the local e-commerce business to deliver excellent achievements in line with the business strategy through e-commerce platform as a digital flagship store of Berluti in Japan
This is great, brand new and very challanging opportunity to take initiative of this new project which allows you to handle all responsibilities related to e-commerce with your creativity and out-of-the-box-ideas!Your interpersonal skills and business communication skills will be a perfect asset for communication with internal and external stakeholders and suceed in the e-commerce business.

you will mainly work with the following stakeholders,
 ・HQ in Paris central team
 ・CRM/PR/MD/Logistics/Customer & quality Service/Stores/Atelier
 ・Business partners / vendors

Berluti Japan has 12 boutiques and nearly 100 employees across Japan.
The performance of the brand in the Japanese market is outstanding, and the brand itself is experiencing a momemtun of change with the new creative direction of Kris Van Assche, who has injected his creativity to our designs with stronger brand desirability.

1. Strategy development and analysis

Develop & implement mid and long term strategy for Berluti Japan's E-commerce business
Analyze E-commerce sales and co-work with other local teams/HQ to identify growth opportunity

2. Lead liaison with HQ

Act as a project leader for any new HQ drive initiatives in E-commerce to implement locally

3. E-commerce site enhancement

Explore E-commerce service/functionality improvement and propose to HQ/other local teams
Enhance SEO, SEM, affiliate and banner advertisement to increase number of visitors into own site
Update and administer the contents related to own E-commerce site
Regularly analyze E-commerce KPI and implement necessary actions

4. Budget control

Budgeting and budget control of E-commerce business
Negotiate and contract with vendors and control their performance

5. Manage customer/product data base
・Establish and manage customer/product data base for E-commerce
・Analyze customer behavior and enhance PR/CRM/MD

6. Customer service

Establish service policy and system for own E-Commerce
Follow-up customer inquiry by liaising with other internal teams/external vendor to provide excellent customer care
Monitor customer inquiry and identify the site enhancement opportunity

7. Daily operations

Control inventory level and allocate inventory for E-commerce
Constantly monitor e-commerce transaction and ensure all orders to be processed with the security trust including payment
Co-work with MD/Logistics team to ensure E-commerce inventory being timely delivered and make it sellable online


Education & Professional experience :
 ・University degree
 ・Experience in project management (must)
 ・Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce
Languages :
 ・Fluent in Japanese & Business level of English

 ・Excellent interpersonal skills and business communication skills
 ・Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
 ・Ability to take decision, anticipate, prioritize while handling multiple tasks is required
 ・Creativity and flexibility to keep improving the business and organization
