Director, Client Events

Position Overview

The Director of Client Events is a key leadership role responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of client selling events that drive client recruitment including gaisho/high potential clients and maximize sales results. Also, challenge to elevate events to reinforce client engagement. This role requires a proactive and innovative individual with excellent leadership, operational, and financial management skills. The Director will collaborate closely with Retail Management and other key stakeholders to deliver exceptional event experiences that align with the company's overall business objectives, while also controlling budgets and maximizing return on investment for each event.

Key Accountabilities

Operational Leadership:

• Lead event operations to ensure smooth and effective implementation of all event activities; manage event teams and provide guidance and support to ensure successful event delivery.

Budget Management:

• Control event budgets and ensure events are delivered within allocated resources; develop and implement strategies to maximize ROI for each event, tracking and reporting on key performance indicators.
