職務内容

Key objectives of the role:
As Brand SHISEIDO goes through an extensive scope of digital transformation and omni-channel marketing activation, we’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst for digital projects with experiences in the Online & e-Commerce domain to newly implement and drive initiatives & enhancements on our web properties and digital infrastructure.

As a Business Analyst, you will manage a large scale website design and build projects. You will remain hands on engaging with stakeholders up to C Level to define requirements, specifically to guide the delivery of the features within the release plan as well as having experienced in large scale technical deliveries.

The successful candidate will also demonstrate ability to use his/ her craft and people skills to influence internal teams/ stakeholders, and agency partnerships through the complex challenges.

Main areas of responsibility
Manage stakeholders, confidently gathering and challenging the validity of requirements.
Lead workshops with internal teams and stakeholders up to C Level.
Work closely with Project / Program Managers to lead internal/ external teams of UX Designers, Technical Architects, Developers, Testers and business stakeholders across matrix organization.
Understand complex technical aspects of system integration and communicate these to the project/ program managers.
Manage project scope in large and complex program, including upward reporting of any scope.
Translate business requirements and business-level acceptance criteria into user stories and acceptance criteria for technical implementation.
Create context modeling of current system landscape to establish capabilities and constraints.
Lead requirements analysis, including identification of relevant systems, data mapping and processes definition; definition and documentation of applicable business rules, data and system capabilities analysis against the established user experience.
Negotiate priorities with stakeholders and Product owners, ensuring technical and business alignment.
Support UX Designers and Technical Architects during the detailed design phases.
Provide clarification during implementation and support of quality assurance.
Prioritise requirements on the program.
Ensure partner SI teams and other collaborators are clear on requirements, and delivering on them

応募資格

Required Skills and Specific Experience
  • At least 8 years’ relevant experience as a Business Analyst in the digital sphere.
  • University educated in a related field, or equivalent level qualification.
  • System and technical architecture analysis on complex Agile programs.
  • Prior knowledge of data modeling and its technical architecture.
  • Definition of acceptance criteria for technical stories.
  • Requirements engineering and management, including analysis, scope management and workshop facilitation.
  • Proven experience identifying options for potential solutions and assessing them for both technical and business suitability.
  • Prior delivery on complex web-platforms interfacing with a large number of different internal and external systems.
  • Working in large-scale, multi-disciplinary and multi-stakeholder teams, specifically being able to manage many stakeholders at once.
  • Thorough knowledge of Agile project lifecycle and relevant paradigms, methodologies and techniques.
  • Able to demonstrate formal methods, systems concepts, analytical disciplines, processes, procedures to effectively communicate requirements and proposed solution.
  • Understanding of quality assurance process for feature development.
  • Background in systems architecture for web-based platforms.
  • Strong & confident communicator, both orally and in writing.
  • Excellent English skills and Fluent Japanese preferred.
  • Experience within the prestige brand and/or CPG industry would be advantageous (not mandatory).
