職務内容

Roles & Responsibilities:

Impact on company performance:Contribute to improve corporate equity. Contribute to global service leaders

Enhance customer satisfaction and expand triumph fans.

Impact on company strategy:Disseminate social situation and customer's voice to the company and make good impact on goods and services

Transformation:
Support customer service members so they are able to collect useful information from customers and respond to the expectations of each customer's by themselves and feedback it to the company proactively,

Team Engagement: 
Always embody a triumph image and train staff to improve skills

※Aiming image:Be confident and dignified, be positive and lively

応募資格

Your ideal profile:
  • Should have good team Management experienece
  • should have working experience in Customer response (sales, mail order call center, customer support center)
  • Fluent Japanese and conversational english 
  • The position is open in Tokyo / Shizuoka  (depending on canddiate preference )
