WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Asia-Pacific Latin-America (APLA) is a multi-cultural, growth Geography that is seeking a lead with the functional and technical expertise that can contribute to a team of technical business systems analysts and the delivery and support of technical solutions for Corporate Functions into the Japan markets.
As a Corporate Functions BSA Lead, you will become the expert of your local market and business needs and be able to translate those insights into technical requirements for both local and global technology solutions working closely with the Geo Technical Product and Engineering organizations.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
As a face of Corporate Functions technology, you’ll be closely working with Corporate Functions business partners and provide technical insights by evaluating Japan business needs and will manage the intake of new ideas and asks from our business partners in Japan.
You will be mainly responsible for delivery and operationalization of Corporate Functions technology solutions and management of application catalog and lifecycle in the space of Corporate Functions.
WHO WILL YOU WORK WITH?
In this role you will interact with key business stakeholders in the corporate function space such as Finance, Human Resources, Legal, Communications, Procurement and Social Community Impact. In partnership with your team of business system analysts, you will work with other technology organizations in Japan, geography and global throughout the product lifecycle.
You will be reporting to operations and logistics, planning & manufacturing and corporate functions director.

応募資格
WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other relevant subject area * 5+ years of experience in technology in the space of Finance, Human Resources, Process Automation, and corporate wide application such as workflow * Cross-functional project experiences as Technical BSA Lead * General analytical & problem-solving skills, Strong interpersonal, consulting & listening skills * Business level written and verbal communication skills in English and Japanese required * Positive and Self-Motivated * Local/Domestic Hire Only#LI-ST1
