職務内容

POSITION PURPOSE

This role is responsible for executing the on-site trading and its planning for PLG Japan websites, TEVA and HOKA. Assistant Trading Producer is instrumental in ensuring online trading KPI’s being continuously improved and regional trading plans being executed to a high level by working with the global teams, the wider regional “direct to consumer” inventory and merchandise teams as well as brand retail and visual merchandise teams. It is also the responsibility of Assistant Trading Producer to ensure product and category management being setup and reported on correctly to ensure the online merchandise meets both commercial targets and general site KPIs.


DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES ONLINE TRADING PLANNING
• Become the internal PLG trading champion within eCommerce team and always be deeply familiar with PLG products
• Ensure the product and category tone and visuals are consistent across all eCommerce channels
• Work closely with the regional merchandising teams to create online merchandising roadmaps for every season
• Develop yearly online trading KGI and KPIs based on the trading plans created by the regional merchandising team
• Align the web marketing plans with eCommerce team members by sharing online trading roadmaps to achieve KGI and KPIs

ONLINE TRADING EXECUTION
• Provide regular contribution to the online trading calendar and ensure products are online on key launch dates
• Be the owner for Salesforce commerce cloud platform for TEVA/HOKA Japan websites ensuring accurate, high quality merchandising at all times by closely communicating with the global eCommerce team members
• Update and manage product catalogue, categories and promotions by the operating merchant tool of Salesforce commerce cloud as requested by other teams within the eCommerce team and wider business
• Use Salesforce commerce cloud platform to deliver relevant, consistent and personalized trading
• Manage categories from definition for that local market to ensuring the right products are within the right categories
• Provide merchandising assistants repetitive tasks to execute online trading and report to the online producer for the resource needs
• Oversee and implement trading reporting and improve on online trading KPI to ensure TEVA/HOKA Japan site being featured effectively
• Weekly and monthly online reporting for TEVA/HOKA Japan
• Work with inventory and DTC merchandising to understand product flow per market and adapt product merchandising to in line with content planning
• Liaise with the global producer and merchandising teams to ensure global product information is accurate and localized
• Localize the product information where necessary for each market
• Manage on-site searches weekly and monthly
• Implement SEO information on product and category level

SITE PERFORMANCE & IMPROVEMENT
• Plan improvements of the website for better online trading and better work efficiency. Work closely with developers and execute the improvements as a member of the agile software developments
• Manage 3rd party tools such as Google Analytics to optimize the websites and deliver relevant cross and up sell products inclusive
• Research other regions and similar/competitive brands and ensure the site exceeds what customers would expect when researching products, either to buy now, later in the season or from a wholesale partner
• Carefully listen to voice of customers from customer service team in online trading’s perspective and utilize it to provide better customer experience
• Look at ways to improve trading on site and work with the global analyst to produce relevant reports

LEARNING NEW TECHNOLOGIES & METHODS
• Be open to learn new technologies in eCommerce industries
• Make use of the new technologies to improve UGG website and online trading work

応募資格

Education/Experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field is preferred
• Experience in eCommerce at a brand is required
• Online business experience and knowledge of creative web design, site functionality, usability and /or marketing experience is required.
• Experience with achieving sales target or other KPI goals is required
• Advanced knowledge of Web Analytics is a plus
• Experience with project management, client relations, managing cross functional teams is plus
• Experience in Footwear/Outdoor/Fashion industry is a plus
