職務内容

-This position is responsible for following job.

1.Category management (Skin care & Hair care)-Build annual plan to support those two categories with the below angles and execute while collaborating with each Product manager.
(By collaborating with multi channels, PR, Digital, CMD, CRM, CX, Retail)
- Grow bestseller
- Create opportunity of acquisition of those categories especially in the low traffic timing(Ex: by providing services, campeign, creating seasonal needs etc)
- Penetrate all categories

2,E&O
Attend at E&O meeting and build suggestion to consume.

3,Category management (Body & Fragrance)
-Build annual plan to support those two categories with the below angles and execute while collaborating with each PM.
(By collaborating with multi channels, PR, Digital, CMD, CRM, CX, Retail)
- Create continuous traffic .

4,Pricing
-Decide pricing which PM create proposal and build strategy by involving Manager and Senior Director.

5,Sample order
-Create sampling strategy and gives instruction to PMs regarding FCST of sample and order plan.

6,MKT report
Report local topic to inter for better inspiration.

7、Budget Expense(Marketing expending)
-Lead the allocation of product marketing expense based on the category management strategy while receiving input by Manager and Senior Diector (Allocation of Promotion spending, annual spending of each category)

8,Budget FCST
-Give input based on category strategy

9,Products FCSTGive input on product FCST which Lead by DP(Both novelty and existing) by collaboration with PMs

10,MKT calendarGive input for calendar which created by Manager(3years, This year's).

11,Transversal Launch note
-Coordinate the plan of transversal launch note by let PM lead each category order (Ex: Bargain items, GWP etc) Review the order plan of PMs and adjust accordingly.

12.Product marketing
-Attend at Brain storming which lead by PM.
-Attend at Idea meeting which lead by PMs.
-Attend at Monthly review & preview by Manager and Senior Director.
-Supervise DM creation of PM (while receiving approval of Manager and Senior Director.

- Strong collaboration skill with internal and external counterpart, respecting team needs and leading a team with good motivation
- Customer centric thinking and insight understandings and bring them into life.
- Entrepreneurship mindset to challenge status quo and seek for new idea
- Always up to date on market trend inside and outside the industry
- >3years experiences in Marketing ,especially product marketing is appreciated (ideally gift brand,beauty, fashion or luxury industries, ideally with digital experiences)
- Business English
