Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Drive an effective and efficient brand activation across all categories in country /cluster with full alignment between the APAC BA and BU teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide the country relevant input to APAC BA at commercial input timing Create the local brand marketing plan and calendar based on input from APAC BA / BUs and country commercial needs Ensure that the local brand marketing plan and calendar gets signed off by APAC BA / BUs at season intro meeting Manage the execution of the local brand marketing plan by the brand communication category team Create local content (brief and production) in alignment with the APAC BA / BUs and get approval from global BU if necessary Provide inputs to the brief and production of category relevant activation led by other C/C BA teams. Align with the Media Activation team on the media strategy for a campaign execution Define the annual Brand Marketing Planner, allocating MWB by category and campaign and getting sign-off from APAC BA / BUs Manage the execution of the MWB plan per the BMP Support local trade meetings with sell-in tools Align the execution with the Tokyo Newsroom, Tokyo EIM and in close collaboration with the Tokyo Key City Activation Manager Support the Tokyo Key City Activation Manager and collaborate with the Omni-Channel Marketing Team on key trade zone attacks Compile a monthly marketing newsletter to support the Brand Director Recruit best in class people and provide people management guidance. Lead, develop and retain talents to foster a high-performance culture and to contribute to improve our eNPS
KPI’s:

NPS (country, key city, key categories) Net Sales Compliance to MWB guidelines ROMI Key campaign sell through % Agency performance management (annual evaluations)

応募資格

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
  • High degree of knowledge of the full marketing mix (advertising, events, sponsorship, retail, PR, digital) with a major brand or retailer (sporting goods industry preferred)
  • Ability to development local marketing strategies following global guidelines
  • Marketing budget planning and management
  • Strong presentation skill to internal and external stakeholders
  • Advanced user of MS Office suite of products
  • Experience in both, market and regional marketing organization preferred
  • Advanced abilities in the fields of employee engagement and performance management at every level through effective motivation, coaching, training, and development of personnel in the team
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
  • University degree in Business or equivalent professional experience, ideally in Sales and/or Marketing
  • At least 8+ years’ experience in relevant Marketing fields
  • Proven track record as a leader
  • Sales and /or Marketing experience
  • Fluent in English
  • Fluent in Japanese preferred
