    MISSION Perform Finance for the company, ensure the follow up of the performance not only Office also per store, in order to grow YSL business. Full support towards Head of Finance and cross function with the team + cross function with other departments such as PR, VMD, SP, Retail, HR and MD to reach and exceed the company target by providing an accurate data and foresight analysis on timely manner. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Collaboration with the FP&A & Shared Service for the following, - Yearly/ Half Yearly/ Quarterly/ Monthly Setting Sales Target, Category Target, Analyze the Actual & Budget progression, concrete analysis and detailed assumption of target & budget of each semester, foreseeing the market trend, Cost Control, Multiple Simulation. - Reporting: Retail Daily Sales vs Target & LY by Store & Categories (Daily / Weekly Monthly / YTD) / Wholesale (Weekly / Monthly /YTD). - Cost Management: 1) Control Opex / Balance Sheet - Lead an accurate Cost Center / Account & Communicate with the person related to activities 2) Budget Capex & Depreciation 3) Analyze Actual vs Target & LY – mainly Store PL - Accounting: Lead an appropriate procedure to SSC to prepare a voucher with both local and IC transaction due to work with SSC Close Monthly & YTD Financial data based on Kering Accounting Manual Expense reporting after the monthly closure to the HQ and answer to all the micro inquiries. - Other: 1) External & Internal Audit if need. 2) Oversee the Inventory Control (plus Stock Taking – twice a year) 3) Support Compliance & Legal issues - Support the new positioning of SAINT LAURENT and lead projects connected to the expansion of the stores network (opening / Refurbishment /Relocation). PROFILE - Bachelor’s degree education - Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position in an international environment - Japanese- Native - English- Business - Analytical mindset and appetence for figures - PC Skill: Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP, Formula), Word, PowerPoint, Outlook - Accounting System: JDE, Hyperion (Preferable), Concur - Strong communication skill Saint Laurent is committed to building a diverse workforce.     MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Construct the product mix during the showroom sales according to Image and Core Offer recommendations, order the quantities per store based on the purchasing budgets. - Elaborate the planning for new collections’ launches in stores on the basis of deliveries and of the seasonality of the different markets. - Support the Store Directors for the management of product performance through regular exchanges and presence in stores. - Train the sales teams on investments, stock issues and Image strategies by way of the information packages and presentations in stores. - Prepare weekly and monthly reports per collection, per store, per product range and analyze resale rates. - Propose and roll out sales initiatives to enhance the performance by cooperating with several departments: Visual Merchandising, CRM, Retail, Press/Image… - Manage the stock transfers as well as the restocking. - Communicate with the product managers on performance feedbacks in season, produce a report about the performance by product typology, functions/uses, price VS market/customers/brands at the end of the season. - Prepare and launch the sales periods. - Support the new positioning of SAINT LAURENT and lead projects connected to the expansion of the stores network (openings). PROFILE - Higher business education - Minimum 3 years experience in a similar position in an international environment - Mandatory fluency in English - Brand & Product understanding and sensitivity for Women Category especially for Handbag & Leather Goods good knowledge of the market - Analytical mindset and appetence for figures - Good command of Microsoft Office, Excel imperatively - Strong communication skills
