As a Senior Specialist - Sales Planning, you will establish the sales planning sub function for Japan with the mission to enable our Sales team through data-driven business analysis. You will deliver sales planning activities such as seasonal product forecasts, weekly/ monthly and quarterly sales reporting tools and seasonal analysis. Your mission will be to guide the sales team through quantitative analysis of account performance to sales plan and assortment performance. You will collaborate with our Merchandising, Demand Planning, Finance and Sales teams to ensure we have the right plans to reach every consumer who wants On. Your story 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail or fashion industry (i.e. sales planning, product planning for size-intensive categories with frequent product refreshes) High proficiency with forecasting and planning tools, Google Spreadsheet including Google App Script, MS Excel including macros & power queries and experience with creating or updating tools You have experience in data visualizing, presenting and communicating with key stakeholders, internally and externally, and are able to navigate through an organization adjusting language to diverse audiences You have experience analyzing and reviewing trends and data to forecast a holistic story across a product category Strategic and critical thinker that can synthesize complex data and develop creative and innovative solutions within an entrepreneurial environment Fluent in Japanese, plus business level English preferable to collaborate with regional team

    In short As Merchandising Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the right products go to the right channels, tiers, accounts and to the right stores, with the best timing and price. You will build the footwear, apparel & accessories assortments by developing and implementing our global brand strategy & gaining customer insights from working closely with our distributor partners. You will be a leader in forecasting and utilizing new tools for data analysis and turning your findings into short term actions and long-term product strategies. This role will be located in Tokyo, Japan. Your Mission This role will cover all categories across footwear, apparel and accessories for all genders. This requires a holistic way of building H2T assortments. Assortment planning & forecasting will be required for both our wholesale business on account channel and key account level. Very close collaboration with the local sales teams to work on the right assortments for strategic key accounts and account channels. Regular participation in meetings with accounts is expected for this role. You will work closely with our marketing campaign teams to align product launch dates in line with marketing efforts. Contribute to the collection pricing architecture and optimize the effect of full price sales through competitor price mapping and price adjustments with our pricing team. Know the markets and the consumer targets, fashion and performance competencies and that of our competitors. Your story 10 years' work experience with a minimum of 5 years' experience in a merchandising or merchandise planning role. You have a strong track record of business results from your previous roles preferably within Merchandising, Retail, Product Management and Business Analytics. Experienced in developing distribution strategy, whilst keeping consumers, accounts and sales teams front of mind. Analytical and data driven mindset with a clear focus on results. Strong communicator and presenter in front of diverse internal and external audiences. Full business proficiency in both Japanese & English.

    In short We are hiring a Retail Project Manager to deliver On's future DTC retail environments in Japan and Korea. You will be based in our Tokyo or Seoul office, and your expertise in project management, construction systems, financial oversight, and high-design alignment will be critical to all new store openings (and future remodels) in the two markets-with a focus on DTC On Stores, SIS, and POP-UPs-to drive On's next growth phase. Your story 8-10 years of experience managing multiple concurrent international retail construction projects (with a focus on the Japan and Korea markets), including bidding and negotiation Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently in an entrepreneurial environment Collaborative team player, capable of engaging with all organisational levels Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail and a holistic project perspective Proficiency in architecture-specific design tools (e.g., AutoCAD) and project management software Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field will be advantage Fluent in English (written and verbal); business level of Japanese and/or Korean language skills are a plus
