    FRED is seeking an organized, fast-paced, and self-motivated individual to support General Manager of FRED Japan. This role requires attention to details, exceptional communication skills, ability to take on technical tasks with minimal direction, and business level English proficiency. The successful candidate will be self-driven, thrive when given many responsibilities and have flexibility to respond to general inquiries and requests from the management or boutiques. ●Office support GM assistant task (schedule management and business trip arrangements etc.) Provide all-rounded administrative support to office. Sending seasonal greeting cards to business clients and suppliers. Coordinate regularly held various meetings including Boutique Manager meetings. Making sales reports and sales data. ●Boutique Support Manage all supplies and supply usage in the boutiques Prepare sales data and document as requested Cooperate with HRBP to onboard new staff ● Communication within the LVMH group Meeting arrangements with LVMH Japan HQ office Liaise with GM Assistants in other brands ● Communication with Paris HQ Coordination of visitors’ travel and accommodation bookings. Assist as a Japanese/English translator of HQ as necessary upon their visit Translate English written presentations, reports and documents ● Maintenance of Fred Website English/Japanese translation of Fred official website with the support of MD and Marketing team Communication with HQ for maintenance ● Expense report management Manage travel and non-travel expense claims through system
