This is a full-time, on-site role based in our Shibuya and Shinagawa City offices — where you’ll be the face of SHOPVIA on live shopping sessions, connecting with audiences, showcasing luxury products, and helping bring global retail into the future.You won’t just host — you’ll also play a key role in shaping content and marketing strategies that drive viewership, engagement, and sales.ResponsibilitiesHost live sessions on TikTok with energy, confidence, and a strong on-camera presence.Plan and create content (short-form videos, product previews, livestream teasers) to promote upcoming shows and build audience anticipation.Engage directly with viewers, answer questions in real time, and build trust and connection with your audience.Collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to refine storytelling, optimize performance, and align messaging with brand goals.Research and develop creative concepts for new product showcases and campaigns that highlight the uniqueness of each item.Analyze performance data from your streams and content to continuously improve engagement and conversion.Support team development by helping train and mentor new hosts to elevate the overall content and show quality.We move fast, and we’re looking for someone who thrives in that kind of environment — someone who’s comfortable in front of the camera, passionate about luxury fashion and retail, and excited to blend marketing, storytelling, and live entertainment into one seamless experience.PerksWe’re prioritizing candidates already based in Japan (ideally Tokyo), but we’ll provide relocation support for moves within the country.Work in one of the most dynamic social commerce markets in the world.Join a global team that’s moving fast and making waves in live shopping.Be at the frontlines of where luxury retail meets culture, community, and content.TLDR;Pay: $25/hour + sales commissionLocation: SHOPVIA Tokyo – Shibuya / Shinagawa City, Tokyo, Japan (on-site)Schedule:Weeknights: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 8:00 PM – 11:30 PM (rotating)Weekends: 2–3 hours each on Saturday and Sunday afternoonsStart Date: ASAP

    Job Summary: Performs financial and administrative support functions for NEXCOM Hospitality Group NHG properties. Duties and Responsibilities: Coordinate financial administration and ensures all correspondence records and messages pertaining to accounting records are maintained e.g. Systems Applications and Product SAP Daily Activity Reports DARs Skip Accounts budget submissions 30-60-90 day Accounts Receivable A R reports and utilities. - Maintains open order files on all purchase orders for assigned properties. Regularly examines outstanding documents and balances due. Initiates follow-up action when services or merchandise have not been received or discounts applied. Contacts vendor to clarify discrepant data on invoices or differences between purchase orders and receipt documents. Schedules timely payment of invoices and prepares remittance statements to ensure the department receives the benefit of all discounts. - Reviews and verifies General Ledger Accounts General Journal Vouchers Accrual Journal Vouchers and reconciles with financial statements and subsidiary accounts. - Prepares flashes to depict monthly financial status of each property. - Receives and reviews incoming correspondence. Sorts mail based on types of documents and to whom addressed and distributes to appropriate personnel. Prepares express mail when necessary and maintains appropriate controls. - Performs office administrative functions which may include maintaining leave records processing time cards ordering supplies making travel arrangements and tracking department expenditures budgets. - Composes correspondence and follows-up when response is expected. - Maintains records and files in an established filing system. Performs other duties as assigned GENERAL EXPERIENCE One year of responsible general office clerical experience that demonstrated the ability to perform clerical duties satisfactorily. AND SPECIAL EXPERIENCE One year of responsible experience in the performance of clerical secretarial or administrative support duties or experience in a generally related area that demonstrated the ability to perform the work of the position SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE Six months of successfully completed academic study above the high school level may be substituted for six months of experience to satisfy general experience requirements.
