As a Skincare Product Manager, you will be responsible for planning / executing / reviewing all new / existing product management & local promotions to animate skincare sales in each channel. This position is reporting to Group Product Manager of Skincare, Product Marketing, and located in Tokyo. MISSION STATEMENT Product Management – Skincare Plan / execute / review all new / existing product management & local promotions to animate skincare sales in each channel. Coordinate with other teams to integrate and drive strong 360 plan for new launch along with objective & strategy. Review competitor’s activity including skincare event to enhance presence as Dior Skincare in the market. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Assume Product Management – Skincare to Plan and execute new product launch through effective and strategic plan. Prepare marketing platform / “Kikakusho” with product concept, launch strategy, A&P materials for each project. Prepare / monitor strategic product portfolio. Prepare annual marketing calendar for effective implementation of each program by relevant departments. Prepare and manage national / local promotion programs and sampling plan to assist counter activities. Prepare and provide product information to relevant departments and sales team for clear understanding of concept and sales talks. Analyze sales and report to management with necessary following up action. Analyze competitors’ activities. Propose new product development proposal with research/understanding of market trend to Regional Marketing. Prepare and provide tester, dummy and decide counter display with VMD. Prepare product collateral materials such as consumer leaflets, handouts. Proof reading Administer Item Master data management Follow-up closely logistics by coordinating with Supply Planning and Central Marketing especially at launch / post launch timing to secure stable product delivery. Propose and control expense / budget for new product launch and promotion.
