JP85152 Supervise the team in charge of live operations with a focus on keeping consistency with TV production plans that intend to promote sales and are defined in business strategies to achieve sales targets in Commerce Platforms (CP) department: Manage and supervise sales approaches and resources to operate shows in an appropriate manner to achieve sales plans that are developed in alignment with business priorities. Monitor if the sales approach and live operations are optimal in the TV platform and provide a timely feedback. Evaluation Metrics Supervise show productions which align with QVC's policies and guidelines Present shows focusing on customers and maintain and improve the show quality Manage resources and monitor operational efficiency to maximize selling capabilities in broadcasting Provide feedbacks to increase productivity and efficiency of shows and contents produced Maintain and manage resources for 24-hour live broadcasting Develop talents and manage the team Perform systematic expense planning and effective spend control Support LRP and take part in designated projects Scope of Responsibilities Lead the entire Live Producer team Take part in in sales planning that combines TV with other platforms as well as relevant decision-makings. Seamlessly work together with leaders of other teams to support plans to achieve them Produce high-quality and high-performing shows that aligns with business plans Hold regular reviews on show productions to maintain and increase the quality of shows and also to manage operational efficiency Fully secure resources for 24-hour live broadcasting and allocate them appropriately Propose and execute developments of processes and operations leading to improvements and better efficiency in operational processes Actively promote, hire and nurture excellent talents to build a strong team of business professionals Share information with the team as required to align company's business strategies with the mindset of staff and to focus on executing and managing the strategies appropriately.
