Serves as Leader of 3 or more Beauticians, NA-7; in addition, may also lead Barbers, NA-7, and/or manicurists. Duties and Responsibilities: Provides haircare service in barbering or hairstyling in addition to providing leadership and direction to associates engaged in barbering and/or hair stylist service. Fosters teamwork, cooperation, and professionalism among shop staff. - Checks client's scalp and hair for disorders such as sores, abrasions, or diseases which may interfere with requested service. Consults with clients on matters pertaining to their hair care needs. - Operates cash register, prepares hair care chits; collects and accounts for cash received from clients; balances daily sales using Salesperson's Daily Cash Report.
