Contract: full time
Territory: Japan
Located in: Tokyo
Goal: retail and wholesale business developement
Experience: 4 to 5 years in a similar position
 
 
Mission 
Being the ambassador of the agency Les garçons du Marais to business partners and prospects. You will be in charge of structuring and growing a network of retailers and wholesalers of French fashion brands in Japan, brands that our agency represents. 
Starting: as soon as possible
Daily schedule: 10am to 7pm (Monday to Friday)
 
 
Main activities
   - be part of the elaboration and the implementation of the sales strategy 
   - Implementing the sales strategy the annual action plans for each distribution network 
   - Yearly sales forecasts and budgets. Being keen on respecting the budget. 
   - Identifying the market needs and elaborating the development tactics by region and by distribution network 
   - suggesting the most efficient actions and activities to generates sales 
 
Increasing sales as well as the company profits 
   - Emphasizing the development of the major markets by monitoring the activities and the actors
   - in charge of the sampling strategy.
 
Animating and developping the business partners’ network (agents and distributors)
   - Increasing the professional network (issues, goals, new products, searching and recruiting new partners…).
   - showroom animation.
 
Monitoring and implementing the marketing actions
   - be part of the elaboration of the yearly action plans for marketing operations and ensure their implementations
   - maintain the quality and the unicity of the brands’identities on the international market
   - Elaborating a yearly budget for marketing operations and controling this budget
 
Optimization of the sales structure; database for products and clients, sales approach, delivery time, CRM…
 
Animation of the coming sales force teams and sales back office teams, gathering them with a common goal
   - Definition of the yearly mission and goals of the team members
   - Coaching
 
 
Candidate
   - Master in International Business
   - Professional experience of a minimum of 4 years in a similar position, ideally in the fashion industry
   - Fluent in Japanese (native level)
   - Fluent in English (professional daily and business level) 
   - Good skills in French
   - required profile: you are dynamic, you love sales, you enjoy being on the field, you have a sense of leadership and an ability to motivate and to gather, you are result driven and goal oriented, your input is important. 
   - a successful previous experience in team management, in an international network management would be highly appreciated
