職務内容

【仕事内容】
ロクシタンブランドの4カテゴリーチーム(スキンケア・ヘアケア・ボディケア・フレグランス)のいずれかに所属いただき、当該カテゴリーのマーケティング全般業務に携わっていただきます。
マネージャーとの戦略策定、フランスとの商品開発、自身がリードしての店頭プロモーションを含むプロモーションプラン・実行、メディアプラン(PRにディレクション・協働)など。
●フランス本社の方針・日本のマーケマネージャーのディレクションを受けて、中長期の商品戦略の立案と実行
●フランス本社との協業による商品開発・販売計画の策定
●デマンドプランニングチームと共に商品、キットやラッピング資材などのフォーキャスト作成・オーダー・在庫調整
●セールスプロモーションプランの立案・実行・管理
●販売動向の分析、プロモーションの効果検証

About the Position:
This is responsible for overseeing product marketing and providing full support in all aspects of retail activities to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding promotion standards
The person will be in one of four-category teams, which are skincare, haircare, body care and fragrance with management of a few subordinates.

Principal Job Responsibilities:
Product Management
• Develop and implement an organization-wide marketing strategy for product positioning and market penetration that will improve the organization’s competitive position. In line with HQ
• Develop forecast of the product to build the order plan with the co-working with demand planning team and follow up the status of stocks to maximize the profit.
• Lead, direct, and control the product and policies, programs, and activities so that they meet the organization’s short and long-term business objectives.
• Contribute to business planning to develop marketing and promotion strategy that is consistent with the organization’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives.
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust promotion strategy and plans to meet changing markets and competitive conditions.
• Build relationships with customers to maximize the organization’s business interests by collaboration with retail team
• Monitor and track sales trend, and conduct business review about effectiveness of promotion to take next actions
• Liaise with executives, directors and managers across the organization to ensure that products strategies and activities are integrated with other parts of the business and align with the overall corporate objectives.

• Develop individual action plans for member to maximize their KPI performance
• Discuss performance constantly with team members
• Plan, organize, and deliver
leadership/management to team members to guide them to perform well to achieve business target
• Train members through OJT and develop team spirits

応募資格

●コスメ、アパレル、消費財等の事業会社ブランドにおけるプロダクトマーケティング経験3年以上
●英語力:ビジネスレベル(TOEIC750点以上)

Qualifications & Experience:
• University degree holder with minimum 3 to 5 years hands-on product/brand marketing and 1 to 3 years in assistant manager level
• At least 3-year experience in cosmetics, fashion and FMCG industry
• Strong leadership and presentation skills
• Energetic, responsible, proactive and customer oriented with pleasant personality
• Self-driven and able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Organized and detail-minded
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external parties
• Flexible and able to work under pressure and / or international environment
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Japanese
• Proficient in PC skills, such as MS Excel and Power point
